HELP my best friend likes my sort of boyfriend very confused please help me?

Ok so me and my friend like the same guy but the guy likes me now I could say were going out but my friend is mad at me what do I do I think I'm also in love wit him but I'm 12 and he's 14 and I think he loves me back if he sent me a text sayin C+J=<3 and my friend is usually happy but now she acts all sad and lonley but I still hang with her and I asked her why she was sad and she said it's not everyday that a good friend steels a hot guy from u. This is coming from one of the nicest people you would ever meet and I tried to explain to her that I can't help it if he likes me so I'm just hopelessly stuck in a mess and this is my first REAL bf my I had one in first grade but that doesn't count and I have one mire quetion befor we were going out I guess u could say me and my other two friends the other one that likes him and the other friend has a bf well the one with the bf was shakin her boobs in front of my bfs face and then I threaghtened to tell her bf about it and I did, did I do the right thing?
