Video gamers poll-which of these video games do you find to have the better story line and be better?

Here are the choices L.A Noire or Heavy Rain. I gave both of these games and personally I consider L.A Noire to be better than heavy rain cause the game has way mire action and more detail.Heavy rain is a good game but it has too many emotional and sad scenes.
