This is from the news, and I know you'll hear it for yourselves. Seems that while Bachmann was out aggressively denouncing Obamacare and opposing Medicare and Medicaid, saying it would be like "expanding the welfare roles", Bachmann and Associates, her and her husband's clinic, has received, since 2005, state and federal Medicaid funds paid directly to their clinic. On TV recently, she was asked about this and said it was a "one-time payment that went for employee training", I believe. BUT, that was not true. In addition to Medicaid, they also received a grant for the clinic that went for employee training. The Medicaid funds were outside the grant. The Medicaid agency said the check from them went "directly to the clinic." They have received Medicaid funds for 6 years starting withh 2005. And guess where the highest fraud in Medicaid originates? With clinics like Bachmann and Associates because they are the hardest to police. You just don't know what they do wit the money! No accusations have been made, but there likely will be more attention and questions on this situation now that Bachmann is a presidential candidate. Interesting, you think? The more I find out about her, the more I don't trust her. I think she's a opportunist! Your thoughts?

Well Im a social person I used to have more friends but I got into a ATV accident in 2009 which changed my life and I was diagnosed with RSD and later diagnosed with EDS and have more medical issues too so I'm on hospital/homebound, and I lost most of my friends and I only I have 2 friends I actually see and hang out with but one of my friends he thinks he's funny and he knows that I know he is just kidding but he says some things to or around me that are offensive to me and he sometimes hurts my feelings because he will be like you just need to suck it up and go to school, and he knows nothing about my medical condition and he is the biggest complainer ever and the biggest baby so it pisses me off but he knows that I know he is kidding but it still hurts. Then all they talk about is getting high and drinking and all that and the one that says offensive things is always like ohh she's never smoked or anything she's a good little school girl and rolls his eyes (and Ive explained I don't do this stuff because I know to many people who have died from it and have experienced this stuff with my brother) but I'm just tired of them saying I cant believe you've never smoked and all that which I just want to tell them to shut the hell up and the guy will be like you've never even been high when I try and talk with them when there talking about this stuff and I'm like umm do you know that I'm high everyday from medication and I have been on hundreds of narcotics and am having ketamine pumped into me! And they have neither been high or anything anyways they just try and act cool. I'm neither. One thing that I do believe is that we should expand independently owned businesses in order to open more positions for the unemployed. I also believe that those on welfare, food stamps and section 8 should have to work for 10 hours a day. Lastly, I wan't to see solid proof that those collecting welfare cannot find a job and do not have money. If you have a Cadillac and can't feed your kids, trade it in for a hooptie and than you can get food stamps.

Why do I keep changing the pet I want?

The best way to convince a parent is do research. Guinea Pigs are the first pets I took care solely on my own. My mother made sure I read about them, calculated how much it would cost to get started, and made sure I had a steady source of income to keep caring for them (IE: Allowance). Guinea pigs are one of the more expensive and time consuming of the small animal group. They require very large cages and are extremely sociable and if you think you'll be busy a lot, then you'll need two. I will warn you, starter kit cages are good at first but they will grow out of them. I would make sure that you really think about it and if you still want them, then show your father that you have done your research and prove that you are willing to care for them. I find this is the best way to convince parents to let you get a pet.

Let's just say that a few weeks ago I found myself in a very deep meditative state. I felt myself slowly being separated from the room I was in. It was as if I had been a two-dimensional being all my life, and suddenly I had stepped off the screen into a more three-dimensional space. Maybe it would be better described as a fourth dimension? I don't know. The objects in the room were all the same, yet different. The way in which I became separated was very interesting to me. The room seemed to slightly pixelate in the process, as if it had not been "real" all along, as if it had been programed. As I was sinking deeper and deeper into the dark caverns of my consciousness, I found myself in an unexpected place. Although I could still see the room around me, I was looking at it through what I would describe as a spherical wall of screens. To help you imagine it, think of the way a bee or a fly might see the world through it's hundreds of eyes.I was standing (though not physically) in a dark center of space surrounded by these "screens", and I saw the room. I got the sense that this was the "control center" of my mind. Time had completely stopped. Time was irrelevant. A minute or an hour could have passed, and I would not be able to tell you which was true. I was in the midst of eternity. I felt something else was with me. It wasn't physical, but I could feel it's presence close to me. I want to say that it was separate from me, but I suddenly realized that I was it, and it it was me. I asked it to tell me why I was shown this place. It told me that sometimes it needed to remind itself where it had come from and what it's purpose on earth was. It told me it had left small clues in our world to help us remember where it came from and why. Suddenly I was thrown even deeper into space only to find myself (my consciousness) floating above an incredible sight.In the middle of dark space I witnessed something unexpected. I'm not quite sure how to even begin to describe it. I'm not sure words in the English language exist that would be adequate to describe what I saw. In fact while I was deep in it, I thought to myself "How the hell do I describe this when I'll want to explain to someone what I saw???" but I will try. I witnessed our universe being born and reborn over and over and over again at very high speeds. It wasn't like the "big bang", it was more like a loop that constantly turned inside out. It was like the shape of an inverse-rotating donut, or I suppose what some would describe as the symbol for "infinity". It was a giant, infinite fractal. This Universe was not what we believe it to be. It performed a function, and that function was to constantly generate new possibilities. Much like computers in our world (though extraordinarily/severely basic in comparison) the Universe was like a giant calculator/generator producing infinite possibilities through complex mathematical equations.There was a strong presence/consciousness hanging over it. This "calculator/computer" Universe was the creation of this consciousness, and it overlooked every single little action with incredible yet effortless and tireless concentration. I suppose that this presence is the thing to which many people refer to as "God". I felt a oneness with this being. I finally understood that I was it, it was me, it was you, it was the grass, it was the rock, it was the ant, the bird, the wind, the sky, the earth,.... it was everything. It was love, hate, anger, sadness, it was us. Imagine yourself being cut into a quadrillion pieces, and those individual pieces being able to have experiences of their own, separate from the whole. According to my vision that's what our world is. The world and all of us, we are IT. Since I realized what an important moment this was, I did not want to miss asking the big question. My question was "How did you come to be? Where did this start?" It replied in a form of exchanging a thought in my mind, and the answer was that it simply WAS. It just IS. It did not know why or how, in fact it did not care for why or how, it didn't feel the need to know why or how, it just WAS. Since we humans experience a "beginning" and an "end" on this earth via birth and death, it is very difficult for us to imagine something having no beginning and no end. It seems inconceivable, much like the idea of infinity, something without an end. We try to imagine it, but we struggle to come to terms with the fact that something may not have an end or a beginning. I can't say I felt satisfied by that answer for the reason I mentioned just now, but I accepted it. My next question was why we were here. Understanding came to me in the form of seeing. In a manner of speaking it split itself into an incomprehensible number of pieces in order to learn. It was like an enormous calculator

Used a condom left in car but didn't break. Still reason to worry?

I bought a pack of condoms about a month ago. When i first bought them I had left them in the bag in the backseat of my car that day. The car was in the sun. I just used two of them this past week. Neither broke and I even tested to see if one from the pack to see if they were faulty by filling it with water and nothing leaked. Both times, the condom appeared to be fine after pulling out. I hit my elbow really hard...should I be concerned?

So yesterday early evening I was taking down the big umbrellas on the veranda at work. They are really top heavy, so my usual method of folding them down is pulling the key out and ducking really fast to avoid being whacked in the face. In the midst of doing this, I rammed my elbow on the top side of a chair, right at that soft spot between the bones. I guess this is what they call your funny bone? It hurt SO much I got really dizzy and was laughing and crying at the same time. Afterwards, and since then, I have numbness in my forearm and hand when my arm was relaxed or extended, and when it is bent or I am pushing, pulling, or twisting something (like a mop or door knob), it hurts so much that my whole body trembles from trying to control and endure the pain. The elbow itself has a nice ugly blue and purple bruise where I initially hit it, and then right next to it is a bit puffy and tender, and sort of pinkish in color. I've been taking advil to sort of dull the pain, put ice on the spot to reduce swelling, rubbed icy-hot to relieve the internal pain...and it's not doing much. Sometimes, especially at work, when I have to carry something heavy or use my arm in a motion where I have to just bite my lip and endure the pain, afterwards I feel really tired and a little dizzy. Just typing this question has been a struggle. If it's nothing to be completely concerned about, or if there are better self-healing methods I can try, please let me know. I would rather NOT waste the 150$ to see a doctor for 15 minutes for him to tell me I'm fine.

How long after you give birth does your body stop changing or "going back"?

Don't mention so many specific examples in the thesis statement (Jimi Hendrix, civil rights movement, free love; all important concepts but you'll have more room to fully explore them later). Condense the thesis to a single sentence which states the topic concisely (that there is a large difference in the youth/popular culture of the 60s and America's much more serious national issues.)

Even a very small blockage can cause this symptom. I had the same problem as you recently, and ended up having my ears "blown out" at my doctor's office. They got only a tiny bit of wax, but it did the trick. Another thing you can try is baby oil. Slightly warm a small amount, pour in your ear, let sit for a few minutes, then turn over and drain. I have a slight problem with the sims 3?

I have never had problems with the Sims 3 until now. I have expanded my game and I'm having a serious glitch on all of active households in the sims. I am supposed to have 5 in one household but only 3 sims show up on the active sims bar. I don't know how to fix this I tried to evacuate them and move them into a new house it wouldn't let me do that. When I try to do anything with this particular family of sims my game stops responding and I have to close it. One sim aged up on the game before it started glitching and a new one was born, I saved my game shortly after but I don't think it should get rid of my sims from my active household. Well, my husband and I are currently in the midst of separation and will probably be getting all the paperwork done for divorce when he comes home. He seemed like he was going to be nice and civil, but now i'm not so sure. I mean I'm in no way trying to screw him over, but he came home on R&R and that's when we talked about divorce and stuff and now I just feel that everything would be better if I could go home for the rest of deployment and get settled back in at my hometown. Well among moving and separating bills and his yearly annuity soon coming in, which we agreed a long time ago that we would be using to pay off our vehicles, I would need a Power of Attorney to take care of these things. The one we had expired and I've been telling him since November to get it done. Well it's around the time for the check to come in probably early next week and I'm wanting out of the apartment in the next month and a half and he still isn't getting it done. Like I said, I don't want to screw him over or take all the check money or any of that junk, I still care about him, it just would be really benifical if I could get the POA and get this stuff taken care of and paid for. Plus if I get it all taken care of now and I don't have to wait around for him to return, he won't have to worry about any of it. Anyhow, he messaged me today and said that he tried to get a POA done while he's overseas deployed and he said that he couldn't do it because he needed the bank account number and routing number to get it. This just doesn't make sense. You don't have to have an account or any reason at all to instate a person as POA. So it sounds to me that someone else may already have it and that he is just asking this so he can transfer some of the money for me to use to pay off the cars....I don't know what is up with this. Do you really need that info to get one or is he just going behind my back now to do stuff on his own?????

Normal in-ear headphones don't fit my ears very well at all, especially if I am wearing them while running or something, they always fall out. HI, okay i'm 16 and 5"6' and in the midst of loosing weight. i've gotten to a ledge point so i've been eating less, and drinking more water, and exercising an hour-2 hours a day switching from strength training and pilates, and cardio every other day. but i cant seem to get my metabolism up! I'm getting fat but I like it?

I've always been slim but it's fair to say over the last few months I've gotten a bit big. Over winter I adopted some unhealthy eating habits that have carried on throughout the year adding about 30lbs to my weight making me around 185lbs. The only negative is my rapidly expanding waistline and the fact I spend a lot of my allowance on snacks and food. I never used to care for food much but now it all seems so tasty! I can happily eat through loads of biscuits and cakes, I now eat 3 chocolate cream filled eclairs everyday without fail, I know I shouldn't but they taste so damn nice. I have a 14 year old tortoiseshell cat who was diagnosed with kidney disease last year. We have been keeping her going with low protein prescription cat food, thyroid medication, and potassium powder. She's had 4 or 5 urinary tract infections. Her last one was a bad one. Basically we treat the infection, it goes away with up to a month of antibiotics (they do a month for the bad ones) and then we wait for the next infection. Just in the past week, both of our cars required significant repairs. It was almost $1000 for both, which doesn't seem like much, but it is to me right now. Anyway, I've noticed over the last couple of days, my cat has a runny eye. It tears up a lot and it seems to bug her. I tried wiping it with a warm wet cloth and she seemed extremely uncomfortable, almost like it hurt to put any pressure on the area between the side of her nose and her eye. She's also been sleeping under the beds a lot. I think she's feeling lethargic again. She's lost some weight since this disease started and sometimes she perks up, but I am noticing she doesn't seem to be enjoying life anymore. By that I mean she used to love to sit at the patio door and watch the birds. Now she seems tired and goes under the bed. Stress fracture or nothing to worry about?

I am on a track team hurdle crew which practices indoors for th te being, on hardwood gym floors. My left leg began to hurt about a week ago. At first I thought it was a shun splint, but when researching i had mire stress fracture symptoms than shin splints. I have been icing my leg, and this week my coach is having me do a minimal amount of work so it doesn't worsen. But he told me it can't be a tibial stress fracture because those are rare, and it would be too painful to walk, although I dout that. Is it true though? Would I be unable to walk if it's a stress fracture? I tried the hop up stairs technique and could barely hop up once without major pain. I know I should go see a doctor but is it worth it if it's just a bad case of shin splints and not even a stess fracture? My symptoms are a localized pain in the center of my calf on the inside and front bone, almost like a horizontal band of pain, icing it doesn't seem to help, nor does my leg brace, when I do practice, it doesn't hurt doing stretches, but once we start running it slowly begins to get more and more painful, to the point that I have had to stop all together. I don't think you've thought this through. You say crowns are worthless but then say I will get it extracted and then get a bridge. Look up what a bridge actually is. It's basically 3 crowns stuck together. They have to take down the teeth on both sides of the "gap" down to "stubs" so the bridge will have something to attach to. You're complaining it's stupid to spend money and grind down one tooth and instead you'll wait for a tooth to break, go through having it extracted, have the teeth on either side "widdled down to a stub" and then pay the equivalent of 3 crowns plus the extraction?? My office charges $825 for a crown. That bridge would be 3 teeth so 3 * $825 plus $125 for the extraction...so about $2600. Doesn't make sense really but it's your money. Crowns are cemented to healthy teeth. Unless he is a scam artist, your dentist should remove all the bad portion of your tooth and rebuild it if he needs to so the crown can seat properly and securely. Bridges leak just like single crowns do so you may to pay that all over again at some point. We just had to replace a bridge on my dad but he had his for 40+ years. It all depends on the quality of the work and how you take care of your teeth after it's done. Just like everything else...bad work and poor maintenance and nothing will last long.

I'm getting fat but I like it?

I've always been slim but it's fair to say over the last few months I've gotten a bit big. Over winter I adopted some unhealthy eating habits that have carried on throughout the year adding about 30lbs to my weight making me around 185lbs. The only negative is my rapidly expanding waistline and the fact I spend a lot of my allowance on snacks and food. I never used to care for food much but now it all seems so tasty! I can happily eat through loads of biscuits and cakes, I now eat 3 chocolate cream filled eclairs everyday without fail, I know I shouldn't but they taste so damn nice. The only person who makes critical remarks is my mum as she says she doesn't want a fat son and she's tired of buying me bigger and bigger clothes. Like she keeps grabbing my new fat and telling me to get rid. I don't really care about my weight so is this a problem?

I hear different things from various people involved in the hospital breast care center. Also, would anyone out there be OK with a Resident Physician doing their surgery for LCIS? Okay so yeah I'm 13 and I'm around 5'0 and all my friends are like 5'2 and taller and they're always making fun of my height and I never used to care and I actually like being short it's got way mire advantages than disadvantages and I found that out when I went to see justice crew and we were at the back an I had trouble seeing so my friends and I got sent to the front :) anyway yeah so I obviously don't care about my height but it gets really annoying hearing insults nearly everyday. Considering the universe is infinitely expanding, then that would technically mean that every possible outcome has or will happen? For example, take some random franchise, say, Star Wars. If there is an infinite amount of space in the universe, doesn't that mean that at some point, there will be a galaxy that has the exact same events of the Star Wars galaxy? Now, I know that the Force cannot exist, but once again, as the universe is infinitely expanding, maybe Midi-chlorians just don't exist around our point in the universe. Now, Star Wars isn't the only example. There could be a galaxy that has the exact same events going on that we have. Why don't girls like nice guys?

I know it is extremely cliche to say this, but the older I get I really believe it to be true. Sometimes I question its legitimacy but then it smacks me in the face not just in my own personal dealings but with people I am close to. Like the green day song nice guys finish last they really do. At heart I am a really nice person, I hate to see others in pain, I enjoy comedies hate horror movies, and like to help someone even when no one else will. But it just seems women aren't interested in these traits all. I'm not sure if they see it as weakness or what. It takes a bigger man to help someone than it does to make fun of someone. Also from my perspective I am a decent looking guy 5'9 not too tall pretty muscular I played three sports in highschool and I'm at college so I must not be brain dead. I just can't seem to figure out what girls like, I try to be a really nice guy holding the door and being polite but they take kindness for weakness. Also real quick interjection, do girls have a secret network in which they vote on which guys to like as a group? It seems like if one girl likes you the rest of them do, also the converse statement of this is true as well if one girl doesn't like you then the rest don't. I mean I hate being the asshole guy at parties and being excessively loud, but it works I get girls on my d as soon as I do that.
