I only have 2 friends and I don't even really wanna be friends with them help!?

Well Im a social person I used to have more friends but I got into a ATV accident in 2009 which changed my life and I was diagnosed with RSD and later diagnosed with EDS and have more medical issues too so I'm on hospital/homebound, and I lost most of my friends and I only I have 2 friends I actually see and hang out with but one of my friends he thinks he's funny and he knows that I know he is just kidding but he says some things to or around me that are offensive to me and he sometimes hurts my feelings because he will be like you just need to suck it up and go to school, and he knows nothing about my medical condition and he is the biggest complainer ever and the biggest baby so it pisses me off but he knows that I know he is kidding but it still hurts. Then all they talk about is getting high and drinking and all that and the one that says offensive things is always like ohh she's never smoked or anything she's a good little school girl and rolls his eyes (and Ive explained I don't do this stuff because I know to many people who have died from it and have experienced this stuff with my brother) but I'm just tired of them saying I cant believe you've never smoked and all that which I just want to tell them to shut the hell up and the guy will be like you've never even been high when I try and talk with them when there talking about this stuff and I'm like umm do you know that I'm high everyday from medication and I have been on hundreds of narcotics and am having ketamine pumped into me! And they have neither been high or anything anyways they just try and act cool. It's more the guy that's like that and he used to be like my brother he was my best friend I was with him 24/7 and that's how I met the girl and it's actually mire the guy I'm just tired of the things he says and the way he acts! What should I do I want new friends but I'm not in school! Is there any sites like Facebook but where you meet people that go to your school or live near you.
