Should I let My baby's father take him out?

You are not being the least bit unreasonable, and I'm going through the same thing right now... I'm eighteen and have a one year old at home, and also pregnant with number two. My one year old is my ex boyfriends and he hasn't bothered to try and see him once, hasn't given me any money; my parents have paid for EVERYTHING. I could have taken him to court but I didn't even bother because all he cares about is drinking and smoking up and I don't need that around my child. Your requests are NOT unfair... a 5 month old doesn't need to leave his mom, especially if you don't like or trust the man who's taking him. Blood related or not, your ex isn't a father figure to that child, and you're doing the right thing.
