What should I do my gf broke up with me ?

She said after spring break that she feels mire like freinds but we continued dating things changed she didn't say I love u as much she never missed me nd she sometimes didnt even wanna text I was to blind nd stupid to notice though she invited me to georgia over the summer but I couldn't go due to summer school we both have our bday in June so we exchanged gifts then I took her to dinner the next night nd after dinner when we both got home she broke up with me it hurt nd she said she just doesn't want a relationship anymore cause it makes her feel bad when she's doing something without me nd now she doesn't care about me at all as if she never cared nd ijdk what to do?
